Customer Service Operators will be running a Noise Hotline this weekend to take calls relating to Ben & Jerry’s on Clapham Common. The hotline will be in operation on the following dates and times:-
26 July 2008 – 11am to 8pm
27 July 2008 – 11am to 8pm
HOTLINE NUMBER: 0207 195 2078
1. Give the operator your name, address and contact telephone number
2. The operator will ask if you wish to have a noise officer visit your home if you do request this service the operator will inform noise officers who are onsite of your details and they will then visit your home to measure the sound levels.
3. If you do not wish to be visited by the Noise Service your comments will be logged however this is a reactionary service and therefore you will not be issued with a log number should you wish to log a further complaint please see below for details on how to do this.
Please note that this service is in operation to take comments strictly about specific noise issues relating to Ben & Jerry’s, officers will not be able to accept calls making general comments about events or the events service.
